An Exclusive Water, An Enchanted Source

Our precious SOLÉ water begins its journey in the Adamello-Brenta UNESCO Global Geopark, a breathtaking, protected UNESCO World Heritage nature reserve in the heart of the Italian Alps. The water is naturally filtered as it flows through a series of limestone hills to a pristine underground mineral spring in the Brescian pre-Alps. The water rises to the surface at Via Antica Fonte (“Ancient Way of the Source”) in the village of Nuvolento. It emerges remarkably crisp, clean, balanced, “oligominerale” (low in dissolved minerals) and sodium free. It’s bottled at the source for shipment to the finest restaurants in the world – and to you.
