SOLÉ is microbiologically pure and “oligominerale;” naturally low in dissolved minerals. The SOLÉ pH of 7.2 nearly matches the human body’s natural pH of approx. 7.4. Compared to the leading Italian mineral water the SOLÉ TDS (Total Dissolved Solids) level is nearly two-thirds lower, the bicarbonate level is over three times higher, and the SOLÉ sodium level is so low that SOLÉ is technically classified as sodium-free.
The result: a natural Italian mineral water extraordinarily clean, balanced, soothing, great for sodium-restricted diets, and that doesn’t compete with food. Gentle carbonation is added to create SOLÉ Sparkling.
